Symposium Celebrates 60 Years of Discovery at Brookhaven Lab
Full-day event features talks on accelerators, addiction,
nanoscience, climate, energy, and more
As part of its 60th anniversary celebration, Brookhaven Lab hosted a full-day symposium for employees, guests and others interested in hearing renowned scientists speak about past and current developments in fields in which Brookhaven Lab has been and continues to be a pioneer. On October 19, 2007, talks on topics ranging from nuclear and particle physics to neuroimaging, nanoscience, climate change, and energy were presented.
