On-Site Education Courses
Suffolk County Community College (SCCC) is authorized to award the
Associate in Arts degree, the Associate in Science degree and the Associate
in Applied Science degree. SCCC offers 70 degree and certificate programs
and is fully accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle
States Association. Fifteen students are needed for a course to run
and classes meet one night per week from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Stony Brook University (SBU) and BNL plan to continue an on-site Master's
Degree program in Global Operations Management. The program prepares
students in technology management and knowledge integration. It
teaches students the leadership skills required to lead and manage the
technological operations of global organizations. The program is
designed for Engineers and Professionals with technical experience.
Students learn how to: manage technology and innovation; manage
projects and supply chains; combine leading edge tools and proven industry
techniques to address the technological and operational challenges faced by
today's enterprises; improve their company's business process coordination
and management decision making.
SBU and BNL are actively recruiting new students. Fifteen students are needed for
the program to run and classes meet weekly at 5:30 p.m. The BNL
Tuition Assistance program can reimburse employees at 100 percent for the
cost of tuition. Employees will be responsible for fees and books.

Tuition Assistance
Employees taking college courses may apply for tuition assistance. The
Laboratory offers tuition advances or reimbursements at a rate of 75% for
undergraduate courses and 100% for graduate courses. For more information on
