Muon Collider Design Workshop

If you are a Non-U.S. Citizen, you must complete a Guest Registration Form in addition to the Workshop Registration. Due to a required review process, all Non-U.S. Citizens must be registered and approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) before they will be allowed access to the site. Please complete this as soon as possible to ensure sufficient time for complete approval. The link to GIS will be provided to you after you have registered for this event.

Motivation & Plans

This workshop will bring together all the groups working on designs for muon colliders. We will assess the current state of simulation work and experiments. We will examine practical limits on the performance of required technologies. We will attempt to focus future effort towards a baseline collider scenario.

Special Events

Registered attendees are invited to attend the Tuesday night dinner (December 1, 2009) at Lombardi's Restaurant in Middle Island for $45 including beer and wine and Wednesday night dinner (December 2, 2009) at Porters on the Lane in Bellport for $48 including beer and wine.
