Important Notice: All attendees must complete the BNL Guest Registration form by July 15, 2013 and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) before travel arrangements can be made or access is granted to the laboratory.
Please use the information below to assist you in completing some of the required fields in the Guest registration form. If you have a current BNL Appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to register in GIS again.

Non-U.S. Citizens who have an active BNL appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or USCIS documentation have expired must bring their updated paperwork with them and check-in at the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to update their USCIS documentation.
Upon arrival at BNL, please go to the GUV Center (www.bnl.gov/guv/) located in the Research Support Building (Bldg. 400) to check-in. Please make sure to bring proper identification (www.bnl.gov/visitorinfo/visitor_ID.asp).
