Homepage of BERA-IAA 2010 Annual Function

BERA Indo American Association (BERA-IAA) is requesting your attendance and performance at its annual function (previously known as Diwali Function) on Saturday December 18th, 2010 at Berkner Hall in Brookhaven National Laboratory. This program will show case the rich culture and traditions of Indian subcontinent through music, dance, powder painting etc.. The program will start at 3:00 p.m. and is expected to continue till 9:00 p.m. You would be served with the authentic Indian snacks during intermission and dinner after the cultural program. The event is open to public.

  2. BERA-IAA decisions on the request to perform (acceptance or regret):  November 12th 2010

  3. Last date for purchasing tickets at regular price: November 30th 2010

  4. Last date for sending music file for the performance: December 5th 2010

  5. Last date to cancel tickets for full refund: December 14th 2010

  6. Date of the event: Saturday, December 18th 2010
