Due to an overwhelming response to our Diwali function and a limited seating capacity of our auditorium (440, including toddlers and infants), we cannot confirm any more reservations. All requests will now be routed to our waiting list. Because of cancellations, a small number of people may be notified by e-mail if their request to attend is confirmed.

 

The priority will be assigned as per the following order:

First Preference: Performers - Please enter “Performer” in the comments area and make entry for one per person for each registration.

Second Preference: BNL employees and their family – Please enter “BNL employee” in the comments area and use lab e-mail address for reservations.

Third Preference: Family members of participants – Please enter “Family” in the comments area.

Forth Preference: All others.

Those who have previously registered to attend but now for any reason cannot attend are kindly requested to cancel their reservations as soon as possible by visiting the above (same) link. BERA-IAA may bill full amount to those who registered but do not show at the function without cancelling.

Providing a phone number is optional, however, is highly recommended if you are requesting a performance.
