BERA-IAA joined various BERA Clubs (CSAA, APAA, BNLMC, BVA, BNLCMC, SCC and ESOL) to raise funds for Disaster Relief Effort at BNL (see Flyer). Following Programs have been planned (*indicates events that are open to public, rest other events require valid BNL issued i.d. card to enter the laboratory):

• Thursday, June 5^th   Family Movie Night – Bride and Prejudice - with Indian Snacks

     A Bollywood-Hollywood Comedy in English by the IAA

 at Berkner Hall 5:30 pm, $5 per person (RAISED $351)

• Saturday, June 7^th    “BNL Cultural Concert” – by IAA, ESOL, APAA, CSSA, BNLMC, BVA, SCC, BNLCMCC, TTC, etc.*

at Berkner Hall 7:00 – 9:00 pm, $12/15 at door, $30/37 at door (family) (RAISED $2000)

• Thursday, June 12^th International Lunch – by IAA, ESOL, APAA, CSSA, BNLMC, BVA, SCC, BNLCMCC & TTC

Recreation Hall, 12:00 – 1:30pm, $15 pp

BSA (Brookhaven Science Associates) matched $25,000.00 to bring a total donations well over 66k$.
