BERA Events


For all trips listed below, you need reservations and they must be paid at that time, at the BERA Store in Berkner (Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm).  No reservations without payment and all tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

BERA has purchased 8 season tickets for each of the Ducks home games. Tickets are $11 each.

  Bus Trip to NYC

Join us for a day in Manhattan to "do-as-you-wish". The coach bus will leave Brookhaven Center at 9am and drop you off in the Bryant Park area and leave NYC at 6pm.  Cost is $10 per person.  Advanced reservations are necessary at the BERA Store.

Overnight trip to Boston, MA 
Saturday, August 9 & 10

Join BERA on this great sightseeing tour of Boston. Non-refundable $50 per person deposit is due immediately, and payment in full is due by July 11.

  • You are responsible to get to the Port Jefferson Ferry no later than 5:45am on August 9th. If you are a Town of Brookhaven resident, parking is FREE. If you are not, the cost is $20 per day.  The parking lot is to the left of the ferry.
  • A luxury bus will transport us to Boston, arrival time approximately 10am.
  • Luggage will remain on the bus until check-in time (around 3pm) The bus driver will deliver luggage to the hotel.
  • Accommodations are at the 1927 Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers located in the historic downtown by the Gardens.
  • Bus leaves Boston on Sunday, August 10 around 4-5pm to catch the 8pm ferry back to Port Jefferson.
  • Activities include:
    • The popular Boston Duck Tour
    • Lunch at Vinnie T's
    • An all-day City View Trolley ticket
    • Full Sunday breakfast in the hotel's Swan Cafe
  • Cost:
