Reservations, Cancellations & Rules for Participation
• Paid reservations are required for all trips listed below. They can be
made at the BERA Store located in Berkner (Bldg 488), Monday-Friday,
9am-3pm.
• All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and are for those 21 years and older unless
accompanied by BNL employee/parent.
• BERA may limit the number of tickets per person during the first week of
sales.
• BERA trips are a BNL benefit and tickets are for BNL employees, those with
guest appointments, and their families only.

"Do-as-you-please" bus trip to the Bryant Park area. Coach bus will leave
Brookhaven Center at 10am and leave from NYC at 7pm. Cost is $15 per person.
Ages 2 and under are free, if they sit on your lap. There will be only one bus
for this trip.
To make your reservations with payment, please go to the BERA Store (M-F,
9a-3p). All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and are for those 21 years and older
unless accompanied by BNL employee/parent. Tickets and arrangements are for the

Trip to English Town, NJ to watch
the Summer Nationals. The coach bus will leave Brookhaven Center
at 11am and leave the Raceway Park at 9pm. Cost of $55 per person includes the
luxury bus, driver tip, and reserved seating. Only 35 seats. Not suitable for
children under 12. (This is a regular Lab work day, so approved leave
time is needed)

Reservations for this event will go on sale at the BERA Store
(M-F, 9a-3p) Friday, April 26th.
ONLY 21 yrs of age and over on this trip. The coach bus will leave from
Brookhaven Center at 9am and leave from the Resorts at 8pm. Cost is $35 per person and
you will receive $20 in slot play on arrival.
