Reservations, Cancellations & Rules for Participation
• Paid reservations are required for all trips listed below. They can be
made at the BERA Store located in Berkner (Bldg 488), Monday-Friday,
9am-3pm.
• All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and are for those 21 years and older unless
accompanied by BNL employee/parent.
• BERA may limit the number of tickets per person during the first week of
sales.
• BERA trips are a BNL benefit and tickets are for BNL employees, those with
guest appointments, and their families only.

Enjoy the foliage, hiking, sculptures of this beautiful Hudson Valley region!
The Storm King
Art Center has bike rentals (cannot bring your own), a café
for lunch or you may bring a picnic and strollers are fine. The coach bus
will leave Brookhaven Center at 8am, arriving at Storm King about 10am. We
will depart Storm King at 3pm and make our way south to the
Walkway Over the Hudson River and take in the view and
scenery. Celebrate the walkway's 4th anniversary! We'll stay about an hour
and then depart for BNL by 5pm. Cost for this trip is $20 per person (2 & under
are free). *Strenuous walking and standing is required for this
trip*

BERA offers yet another great family day trip to the
American Museum of Natural History in NYC. The coach bus
will leave Brookhaven Center at 9am and leave the museum at 4pm. Cost for Adult
13 & over is $25 per person and children ages 3-12 is $15 per person (2 & under
are free). Price includes all permanent exhibits, but not IMAX movie or special
exhibits.

The coach bus will leave from Brookhaven Center at 9am for a day trip to
Atlantic City at the Showboat Casino.
We will depart from Showboat at 8pm. Bring photo ID, and must be 21 and over.
Cost is $35 per person and you will receive $20 slot play on arrival.

Famous "Little Italy" on Arthur Avenue
in the Bronx, Do-As-You-Please! Cost for this trip is $20 per person (2 & under
are free). The coach bus will leave Brookhaven Center at 10am and arrive at
Arthur Avenue about 11:30am. We will depart Arthur Ave at 4:30pm.
Visit the many shops and restaurants and enjoy lunch on your own. If you like,
you have time to visit the NY Botanical Garden
on your own. Cost is about $20 per person for entry.

and have plenty of time to visit the Rockefeller Center Tree, the magical
windows on Fifth Ave and other NYC sites! Cost is $55 per person and includes
the luxury coach bus, ticket and driver tip. We depart from Brookhaven Center at
7am and depart from NYC at 3:30pm. We have 50 tickets for the 9am show, 3rd
mezzanine section 300/400 rows A & B. Ages 2 and over must have a ticket.

Do-As-You-Please bus trip to NYC (Midtown Manhattan/Bryant Park
area). Depart from Brookhaven Center at 10am and leave NYC at 7pm. You
have time to see a show, shop, sightsee, lunch, it's your choice how you want to
spend your day! Cost is $10 per person, children under 2 & sit on lap are free.

held at the Hotel Indigo in Riverhead this year. From 7-11pm there will be DJ
dancing, full buffet dinner, open bar, desserts and door prizes for only $70 per

BERA Holiday Party.
