BERA Events

Reservations, Cancellations & Rules for Participation
• Paid reservations are required for all trips listed below. They can be made at the BERA Store located in Berkner (Bldg 488), Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm.
• All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and are for those 21 years and older unless accompanied by BNL employee/parent.
• BERA may limit the number of tickets per person during the first week of sales.
• BERA trips are a BNL benefit and tickets are for BNL employees, those with guest appointments, and their families only.

  February 20, 2012 (Lab Holiday)

Knicks vs New Jersey Nets. Only 40 tickets available. $85 per game, includes ticket, bus and driver tip. Seating is for Section 300 and game time is 7:30pm. Coach bus leaves Brookhaven Center at 4pm and will leave after the game about 10:30pm.

Join us for this day trip to Mohegan Sun with New England Tours. Cost is $43 per person and you receive a $15 buffet voucher along with three $5 slot plays. The luxury bus and driver tip is included. Must be at least 21 years of age for this trip. The bus will leave Brookhaven Center at 7:45am to catch a 9am ferry out of Port Jefferson. (There will be NO exit 63 pick up) all others must meet at the ferry parking lot and be on the bus before it boards the ferry by 8:30am. In order to take the 8pm return ferry, we will depart Mohegan at 6:30pm.

Children of all ages! Come join us to see Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey at the Nassau Coliseum!  Tickets will be $40 per person for either adult or child. Under age of 2 yrs that sit on your lap are free. (seating Section 208) The coach bus will leave Brookhaven Center at 9:30am and leave after the show, approximately at 1pm.

Join us for this exciting trip, only 40 tickets available. Party Chalet with catered food and beverages, great seats, and program and souvenir included! The coach bus leaves Brookhaven Center at 5am and will leave Dover at 6pm. $200 includes the luxury bus, driver tip and all the benefits of the Party Chalet. Seats TBD.
