Young Researcher Symposium 2012
All attendees must be registered and approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) if they plan to use on-site housing. Registrations received after the deadline may not receive approval in time for on-site accommodations. Please register in GIS as soon as possible to ensure sufficient time for approval. Registering in GIS does not automatically register you for this event.
If you have a current BNL Appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to register in GIS again. It is the attendees responsibility to make sure that their BNL appointment is still active before and during their registered event.
