Abstract Submission

The instructions below will guide you through the abstract submission process. You can submit an abstract for an oral presentation, a poster presentation, or both. The deadline to submit an abstract for an oral presentation is September 16, 2013. The deadline to submit an abstract for a poster presentation is October 21, 2013.

How to Submit An Abstract

1. Read and follow the guidelines.

2. Download and complete the YRS 2013 abstract template (same template for oral and poster).

3. Submit an abstract using the appropriate button below. Prior to submission, please make sure you have the following information:
   
   
   1. Your email and your supervisor’s email.
   2. A single page abstract prepared using the template.
   3. CV (for oral applicants only).
   You will receive an on-screen confirmation immediately after the successful submission of the abstract and a separate email confirmation.
