If attendees bring laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc. that will require internet access during the symposium, then these devices must be registered in BNL's Network Access Registration database in order to access the internet.

If you do not have a BNL-assigned life or guest number, a specially generated conference key will be provided to you on the first day of the symposium. This conference key is only valid during the actual days of the symposium. Please use this conference key in place of the BNL-assigned life or guest number.

Computers will be blocked if registration is not complete in time. Please make sure you understand the process before starting or ask for assistance.
