Symposium Sponsors
On behalf of the Association for Students and Postdocs at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2013 Young Researcher Symposium (YRS). This is the second event of its kind at BNL, and we look forward to building lasting relationships with local, national, and international sponsors and attendees.
BNL is host to seven Nobel Prizes, 1500 scientists, and roughly 300 Postdocs and graduate students. By sponsoring the 2013 YRS event, you will have unprecedented access to an estimated 500 scientists throughout the day and direct contact with our highly talented young researchers. You will have the opportunity to attend their talks, and even have a direct recruiting line for future or current job postings. Sponsorship does not give any vendor privilege or status as a preferred buyer or supplier of any goods, materials or services to or from Brookhaven National Lab or Brookhaven Science Associates.

Silver Sponsors ($300)
Your organization will be displayed in the program as sponsor and your logo will be projected in the main auditorium throughout the day.
Gold Sponsors ($400-$500)
- Coffee Package - For $400, all the benefits of Silver, plus your company’s logo will be displayed in the coffee break area as sponsor.
- Breakfast Package - For $500, all the benefits of Sliver, plus your company’s logo will be displayed in the breakfast area of the main lobby as sponsor.
Platinum Sponsors ($600)
All the benefits of Silver, plus a vendor table during the poster/exposition session and throughout the day in the main lobby.
