Cool down before gun modification, measure Q, heat loss and vacuum pressure.

Modify gun, install cathode plug receiver

Gun cleaning

June 08

Construction of a cave from concrete blocks for radiation protection

September 08

Cool down without cathode plug, measure Q as function of gradient.

September 08

Cool down with cathode plug and uncesiated GaAs cathode, no laser.

October 08

Purchase transporter system

October 08

Assemble preparation chamber with heater, cesiation system and quantum efficiency measurement

November 08

Test with cesiated GaAs cathode and  laser
