Deibele from ORNL discussed the BPM impedence. it was decided that BPMs do not need any modification

for HEBT/Ring/ RTBT

Zhang proposed the solenoid wind for electron capture for ring. 

Blaskiewicz presented the simulation result for the solenoid winding for e-p un-stability.

Fedotov presented updated simulation results on impedance.

Lasted Dipole measurement result were discussed, there are three right handed magnet

were measured and they are paired with left handed  as following
