Five pair of magnet are sorted  and assigned based on 1.3 GeV transfer functions

Dipole # 12, 25 and 27 should me re-shim

Expected alignment error are discussed and decided as in this list

26Q40 poles are 5 to 15 mil shorter than the design Meng calculations

showed that due to 15 mil shorter pole width the is only 1.0e-6 change in 12 and 20 poles

so decided manufacture should match the pole widths.

Jackson showed the 30Q40 quadrupole measurement ,a d decided that

pole height should be reduce by 13 mil more o make b6 to zero (1), (2), (3)

Fedotov presented the summery of Diagnostics work shop

Lambetson optimization continues, overall length reduce by 20 cm
