Charge exchange foil holder were discussed, now the holder coming within 240 pi mm mrad

it was decided that foil holder should be out at lest 300 pi mm mrad. Fedotov generate the acceptance  and

Brodowski make the modifications.

Quad measurement in presence of corrector magnet were discussed. Jain presented

all the scenarios.  It was decided that will measure one with full detail and other one not as detail as first one

for the case of  " mere presence" (un-powered).
