Lodging accommodations for all participants will be provided by the Argonne Guest House, Bldg. 460. Please note, lodging will be directly billed to Brookhaven National Laboratory, the Guest House will still need credit card information for room guarantee & incidentals.

Unless you have an Argonne or APS User pass, you will need to stop at the Argonne Information Center.

The Argonne Guest House is on Outer Circle Drive near Meridian Road. When you reach Argonne, request further directions from the Argonne Information Center or at the gate. There are signs indicating the route from the gate to the Guest House.

Access to Event for Non-U.S. Citizens

  • Non-U.S. Citizens must complete the Additional BNL Guest Registration form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event.

    If you have a current BNL Appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the Additional BNL Guest Registration form again.

Weather Conditions at Argonne

Please always dress accordingly. If there is very inclement weather and you think there is a possibility of Argonne either having a delayed opening or being closed for the day, you may the Argonne Info Line at (630) 252-INFO (630-252-4636) is also updated when severe weather affects Argonne operations.
