Motivation
This year’s CES Fall 2013 workshop will take place on at Brookhaven National Laboratory and will be the last in the current series. As such we will review the past year’s progress, the CES’ outstanding productivity over the course of the program and the plans for our renewal. Examining our achievements to date, we will have overviews in the different themes that include the Cuprates, the Fe Based Superconductors and Vortex Matter.
As in the past, the program will include a Junior Workshop on the first day followed by 1.5 days of presentations and discussion. Looking to the future we will refine our plans for a renewal proposal in response to the recent DOE call for new EFRC proposals.
