Eli SutterElectron MicroscopyEli Sutter is a Scientist in the Electron Microscopy Group at the Center for Functional Nanomaterials. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Condensed Matter Physics from Sofia University. Prior of joining the CFN in 2004 she was an Assistant Professor (tenure track) in Physics at the Colorado School of Mines. Her research interests are in in-situ and analytical transmission electron microscopy of nanostructures and thin films. In 2007 she received a Scientific American 50 award for Ultra-measurements. She has authored more than 110 scientific publications and holds 1 US Patent.
