Katherine Jungjohann
Electron Microscopy
Katherine Jungjohann is a postdoctoral research
associate in the Electron Microscopy Group in the Center for Functional
Nanomaterials. She received her Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering
from the University of California,
Davis. Her
research interests are focused on studying the structure and dynamics of
nanomaterials in a fully hydrated environment at high resolution using
in situ liquid cell scanning
transmission electron microscopy and conventional transmission electron
microscopy. She has experience in related techniques involving aberration
corrected systems and electron energy loss spectroscopy, in which she will
apply to her current studies in related topics.
