Pre-Competitive NSRC User Agreement

PRIOR to beginning a project, the User must ensure that an executed User Agreement between Brookhaven National Laboratory and each home institution named on their proposal is on file with the Lab’s Office of Intellectual Property and Sponsored Research (OIPSR). Users from BNL and any DOE institutions are exempt from the User Agreement requirement.
