If you have been assigned a TLD badge at the NSLS, please follow instructions at http://www.nsls.bnl.gov/users/usersguide/checkout.asp.

Shipping Procedures
If you will be shipping samples and/or equipment back to your home institution, please consult the CFN Shipping Procedures at least two days prior to departure.

 3.

End of Experiment Survey
As part of an annual DOE reporting process, the CFN and other DOE facilities are required to ask users to take part in a user satisfaction survey to provide requested feedback to the Office of Basic Energy Science (BES) and to improve user services and the CFN. We ask that all users complete the survey after completion of each experiment.
