Research Interests

Using surface science techniques to characterize model catalyst systems to better understand reaction mechanisms and catalytically active sites.

Low-temperature and variable-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy, soft x-ray photoemission spectroscopy, temperature programmed desorption.
