Thermal evaporator: 3 1.5 kW e-beam guns, resistive boat, 3 quartz crystal rate monitors.

 

CEE200 spin coater.

 

Processing furnaces: atmospheric and reduced pressure processing. Controlled gas atmosphere, 1 ppm precision.

 

ULTIMA-2 inductive coupled plasma spectrometer. Used for composition analysis of film and bulk samples, 1 ppm major element sensitivity

 

Phillips 2-theta diffractometers.

 

Hueber 4 circle goniometer, used for texture analysis.
