Initial login screen & failed login screen w/ challenge at CAD firewall (VPN is similar):

Following is an example of the initial login screen at the CAD firewall, and the screen that follows a failed login, which shows a CRYPTOCard 'challenge'.  A 'challenge' can be entered into a CRYPTOCard token to resynchronize it, resulting in successful authentication.  Most devices at the BNL perimeter, including VPN, will show a 'challenge' after the first failed login attempt.
