Q. Re: the Palm Token ( PT-1 ) installation… I got one from a system admin; how do I install it?   
A. Use the Palm Desktop on your PC to install the PT-1.prc program; then hot sync it to your Palm device ( refer to your Palm User Manual on installing an application on your Palm ).  
Q. Re: the Palm Token ( PT-1 ) installation… The system admin gave me a .pdb file; how to I install it in my Palm Token?
A. Use the Palm Desktop on your PC to install the <username>.pdb; then hot sync it to your Palm device ( refer to your Palm User Manual on installing an application on your Palm ).  
Q. Re: the Palm Token ( PT-1 ) … How can I change my PIN?
A. Click the "PT-1" icon on your Palm, then select the permanent icon usually residing at the lower left corner around your Graffiti writing area which looks like a document side-by-side with a arrow pointing downward. At the top of the screen you will see the setup option of "Change PIN". Select "Change PIN", and enter your Old PIN, New PIN and Confirm New PIN in the appropriate areas.
