Shut down the VPN tunnel to BNL when done:
- When you are ready to end your VPN tunnel connection to BNL,
close down any applications you may have opened that rely on this
BNL connection (Outlook email, PCAnywhere to BNL devices, etc.).
- Reopen the minimized VPN client screen (usually found at the
bottom of your system tray of your desktop environment).
- Click once on the BNL entry (BNLPixVPN) to highlight it if it
is not highlighted already. Click on DISCONNECT at the top
of the VPN Client screen to end your VPN tunnel to BNL. (if
successful, status will no longer indicate 'connected')

- In contrast, you may also right click on the yellow "lock" icon on the lower
right hand side of your computer screen in the task
bar to view your connection status at any time and to Disconnect your active VPN tunnel with BNL
from there instead.

- In either case, once disconnected from the BNL network, you may exit
from the VPN client application.
