One semester in a research or technology department witnessing, participating and contributing to on-going science related projects in their chosen field where BNL mentors provide the guidance and experience, and monitor the student's performance and progress. Students may be granted up to three credits by SCCC for the successful completion of the program requirements including satisfactory evaluation. Students spend up to 20 hours per week in paid and unpaid experiences.
