Brookhaven has limited on-site accommodations which will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact the BNL Housing Office directly to make your own onsite reservation. Please see the section below called "Accommodations Near Brookhaven" for a complete list of area hotels.

Note: All attendees must be registered and approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they plan to use on-site housing. Please complete this as soon as possible to ensure sufficient time for complete approval. Late registrations may not receive approval in time for on-site accommodations.

Accommodations Near Brookhaven

The following hotels are the closest to Brookhaven National Laboratory in distance (approx. 15-45 minutes in driving time). Please note, a major credit card will be necessary to hold your reservations until you check in. Brookhaven National Laboratory is located on William Floyd Parkway, County Road 46, 1 1/2 miles north of Exit 68 of the Long Island Expressway; hotel locations are given by exit number. Exit numbers below 68 are west of BNL; exit numbers above 68 are east of BNL. If you decide to stay off-site, it is your responsibility to call the local hotels directly and make your own reservation.
