Itinerary of Afterhours Events

October 10-14, 2010

All events (unless otherwise noted) will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel

Sunday, October 10 – Arrival 3 pm to 9 pm (depending on flights)

• BNL table with pre-keyed reservations, welcome amenities include: bottle of water, dry snacks, and list of area attractions

Monday, October 11

• Banquet – Oktober fest atmosphere – Fee is $15.00 per person added to hotel bill
• Special dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice send an email to Christine herbst@bnl.gov.

Tuesday, October 12

• Long Island Wineries will host a 1 hour wine and cheese tasting.
  
• Dinner – on your own at local restaurants afterwards.

Wednesday, October 13 – Night in Manhattan

• A tour bus will be provided for approximately $20.00 per person payable in cash to Bob (exact amount will be determined once bus is reserved).
• Tickets for the following Broadway plays (select 8:00PM) can be purchased in advance:
  
  • The Phantom of the Opera ($64 - $122 / ticket)
    
  • The Lion King ($92 - $130 / ticket)
    
  • West Side Story ($67 - $130 / ticket)
    
  • The Addams Family ($82 - $150 / ticket)
    
  • Memphis ($62 - $122 / ticket)
• Dinner at Italian restaurant will be available on a price fixe basis. People will pay for themselves.
  
• Self guided walking tour of Manhattan
