Have problems reading the PDF online?

Try First
If you have problems viewing PDF's with your browsers plugin,
try disabling the "View In Browser" or "Web Browser Integration" feature in your Adobe Acrobat viewer. Doing this will convert your Acrobat viewer to display PDF's outside your browser in a separate window. In most cases this will fix your problem. You may download the PDF file and view it locally using Adobe Acrobat Reader if you wish.

Netscape Users
Some Netscape users may have problems viewing PDF's online. Common problem - getting a blank white page. 

Try highlighting and clicking (mouse) the URL address location of your browser again or press the (Enter) key on your keyboard after highlighting the URL. In most cases this will fix the problem until you clear your browser cache.

If you still have problems viewing PDF's with your browsers plugin, right mouse click the hyperlink, select "Save Link As" and save the file to your hard drive. You should now be able to view it locally using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Microsoft Intrenet Explorer
IE ( 4.0 and higher ) users should have no problem using the browser plugin. If you do experience problems, then right mouse click the PDF hyperlink, select "Save Target As" and save the file to your hard drive. You should now be able to view it locally using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
