On July 4, 2012, ATLAS and CMS collaborations declared a discovery of a new bosonic particle with a mass around 125 GeV on the LHC accelerator in CERN. In this talk the Higgs program of the CMS is reviewed and the latest results obtained from pp collisions at a center-of-mass energies of 7 TeV and 8 TeV in the years 2011 and 2012 are presented. Measurement of the Higgs-like boson at 125 GeV in the two photon decay channel is presented and discussed in detail.
