Jet measurements provide an important tool to study the interactions between hard scattered partons and the Quark-Gluon Plasma. This talk presents the measurement of the inclusive cross section for fully reconstructed jets in pp collisions at \sqrt{s} = 2.76 TeV, which provides an essential reference for the analysis in Pb-Pb collisions. Due to the large background present in the Pb-Pb events, suppressing the background jets has been a key challenge for the jet measurement. A new variable is proposed to bypass this issue. We count the rate of the charged jets recoiling from charged trigger hadrons, and make the difference of the recoil jet spectra from two nearby trigger pT classes. In addition, the azimuthal correlations between the trigger hadrons and recoil jets are being investigated.
