"A NLO pQCD study of dijet rapidity distributions in p+Pb collisions"

I will present a pQCD study concerning dijet rapidity observables in LHC p+Pb collisions. By examining the size of the NLO corrections and the scale uncertainties, we demonstrate that the shape of dijet rapidity spectrum and different forward/backward asymmetries are very stable to the inherent uncertainties of the pQCD calculations. Thus, these observables will provide a powerful check concerning the adequacy of the collinear factorization in p+Pb jet production, and, have therefore a high potential to constrain the nuclear parton distribution functions. The calculations are compared to the preliminary data released by the CMS collaboration.
