Note: Due to a required review process, all attendees must be registered and approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) if they plan to stay on-site. Please complete this process as soon as possible to ensure sufficient time for complete approval. Late registrations may not receive approval in time for on-site accommodations. Registering in GIS does not automatically register you for this event.

Please note, a major credit card will be necessary to hold your reservations until you check in. Brookhaven National Laboratory is located on William Floyd Parkway, County Road 46, 1 1/2 miles north of Exit 68 of the Long Island Expressway; hotel locations are given by exit number. Exit numbers below 68 are west of BNL; exit numbers above 68 are east of BNL. Please note, it is your responsibility to call the local hotels directly and make your own reservation.
