Designating Your Beneficiary For Life Insurance Coverage

The Benefits Office is pleased to announce that employees may now view and make changes to their beneficiary designations for life insurance online through PeopleSoft HR.  To do so, log into PeopleSoft HR and click on the following links:  Employee Self Service / Benefits Home / Life Insurance and then select Edit Your Beneficiary.  We continue to have a beneficiary change form available in the Benefits Office, Bldg. 400B, as well.  You may change your beneficiary for life insurance at any time.  If you are enrolled for supplemental life insurance, your beneficiary for supplemental life insurance is the same as your beneficiary for basic life insurance.
