Visa Waiver Program

Travelers coming to the U.S. for tourism or business for 90 days or less from qualified countries may be eligible to visit the U.S. without a visa if they meet the visa waiver program requirements. Currently, 37 countries participate in the Visa Waiver Program, as shown below:

 All eligible travelers who wish to travel under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorization online through ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization): https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/

One of ten national laboratories overseen and primarily funded by the Office of Science of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Brookhaven National Laboratory conducts research in the physical, biomedical, and environmental sciences, as well as in energy technologies and national security.
