A block of (30) rooms has been set aside at the Hampton Inn at the BNL rate of $112.00 per night, with a release date of 30 April. The Hampton Inn Brookhaven is located at exit 63 North on the Long Island Expressway (BNL is east of exit 63 and north of exit 68). A major credit card will be necessary to hold your reservations until you check in. You probably should rent a car for transportation.

Directions: The Hampton Inn Brookhaven is just minutes from Islip's MacArthur Airport and only 40 miles from JFK or Laguardia Airport.

Brookhaven has limited onsite accommodations which will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A block of rooms has been held under "lhcworkshop/Workshop - confirmation #187356". Contact the BNL Housing Office directly to make your own onsite reservation. Please see the section below called "Accommodations Near Brookhaven" for a complete list of area hotels.

Please Note: All guests (US citizens & Non-US citizens) staying on-site for more than 3 days must be registered and approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) before they will be allowed to use on-site housing.

• All reservations are guaranteed and must be paid if not cancelled by 1:00 pm. on the day of arrival.
• Fees for onsite lodging are paid directly to the Housing Office, Building 400, upon check-in. Cash or Credit Cards (Visa, AMEX, Master Card) are accepted.

Accommodations Near Brookhaven

While the immediate vicinity around BNL has no large hotels, these establishments are within 45 minutes drive of the Lab. If you decide to stay offsite, it is your responsibility to call the local hotels directly and make your reservation.
