FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT - MARCH 1, 1999

The Eleventh International Magnet Measuring Workshop (IMMW XI) will be held at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, NY, USA, from September 21 through 24, 1999. The Workshop is open to all professionals in the field of magnetic measurements. It consists of presentations by and discussions among the workshop participants concerning current technology in magnetic field measurements. Topics often involve but are not limited to magnets with accelerator applications. Presentations by Workshop participants are solicited. There will be an industrial exhibit, a tour of the magnet measuring and accelerator facilities at BNL, and a tour of the local area during the Workshop. The workshop is scheduled so that participants attending the 16th International onference on Magnet Technology can travel to MT16 over the weekend following IMMW XI.
