ACCESS TO REGISTRATION FORMS VIA THE WEB:

There were problems last week and some people were unable to register via the Web. The problems are now fixed.

ADDED OPTION FOR REGISTRATION:

The Department of Energy will soon impose more restrictions on travel expenses. In anticipation of this, we have added the option of a $25 registration fee. This fee includes only a copy of the proceedings. Participants may, of course, participate in the excursion at their own expense. (In fact, even the $25 registration fee may not be an "allowable" expense.)

EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE: AUGUST 31.
