We will not be producing formal proceedings but rather the individual talks will be made available at the VLHC web site. We would prefer if the speakers could provide electronic versions of their talks before the meeting to Wolfram Fischer (wfischer@bnl.gov). We can accept documents as either PowerPoint, MS Word, Postscript, or PDF files.

Talks can be delivered either with transparencies or via computer projection. Speakers should bring their own transparencies since facilities will be limited at Danfords. Those persons choosing computerized talks should forward their files to David McChesney (mcchesne@bnl.gov) or bring their own laptop PC. It’s probably easier to use ours. If anyone thinks they will need any other audio-visual equipment please contact Diana Votruba (votruba@bnl.gov), the meeting secretary, with some reasonable lead time and we’ll do our best.

Speakers are requested to leave ~5 minutes available at the end of their talks for audience participation. Additional time is available for public discussion during the round table session scheduled for Wednesday morning.
