NSLS Community Service Award: Call for Nominations

The Photon Sciences Users’ Executive Committee (UEC) is accepting nominations for the annual NSLS Community Service Award. This award recognizes an individual from the NSLS user community for his/her service, innovation and/or dedication to NSLS users.

This is not an award for scientific achievement, but rather for contributions that have improved the quality of science at NSLS.

Any member of the NSLS user community with an active appointment is eligible for receipt of this award, excluding current UEC members.

The $250 cash award will be presented at the annual NSLS/CFN users’ meeting in May. In addition, the award winner’s name will be engraved on the UEC award plaque displayed in the NSLS lobby.
