Directions to...
Alfred Lerner Hall from the Hotel Beacon - Walk 2 blocks south to 72nd Street and take the No 1 or 9 Subway UPTOWN to 116th Street/Columbia University Station. Try to sit in the second or third subway car of the train. At 116th, walk upstairs and make a right turn upon exiting the turnstiles. In front of you will be 2 staircases. Take the right one, which should put you on Broadway facing south. Walk one block and enter the campus at 115th Street & Broadway Gates and walk up the ramp along Alfred Lerner Hall. The main entrance is at the top of the ramp. After signing in with Security, please proceed to the Satow Room, located on the Fifth Floor.
Alfred Lerner Hall from the JFK or LaGuardia Airports - Take a taxi to 115th and Broadway and enter the campus at 115th Street & Broadway Gates and walk up the ramp along Alfred Lerner Hall. The main entrance is at the top of the ramp. After signing in with Security, please proceed to the Satow Room, located on the Fifth Floor. (From LaGuardia, you may also take the M60 bus directly to 116th and Broadway and walk one block south to 115th.)
