BNL Guest Registration
Important Notice: All guests must complete the additional BNL Guest Registration form by December 21, 2012 and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they plan to use on-site accommodations. Registrations received after the deadline may not receive approval in time to stay on-site. Please note, registering in GIS does not automatically register you for this event.
Guest Registration Assistance
Please use the information below to assist you in completing some of the required fields in the Guest registration form. If you have a current BNL Appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to register in GIS again.

Notice for Non-U.S. Citizens
Attendees will not be allowed on-site if their BNL appointment is expired!
Non-U.S. Citizens who have an active BNL appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or USCIS documentation have expired must bring their updated paperwork with them and check-in at the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to update their USCIS documentation.
Upon arrival at BNL, please go to the GUV Center (www.bnl.gov/guv/) located in the Research Support Building (Bldg. 400) to check-in. Please make sure to bring proper identification (www.bnl.gov/visitorinfo/visitor_ID.asp).
