Why Exhibit at PAC’11?
PAC’11 is the bi-annual conference for the particle accelerator community. The industrial exhibition of accelerator products and systems, components and materials, manufacturing and laboratory technology, diagnostics and testing equipment, and software and services is one of the key elements of PAC’11. Scientists, engineers, developers, users, and students from around the world will be present to discuss and review the latest issues, trends, and challenges in the field and to establish business contacts.

Exhibit Dates and Times
The PAC’11 Industrial Exhibition will take place in the Marriott Marquis Westside Ballroom. The poster sessions and coffee breaks will be held in the same hall for better communication between exhibitors and participants. The exhibition is fully integrated into the conference activities. Exhibition space is assigned with preference to commercial enterprises. Academic institutions and research organizations are also welcome.

Exhibitor Registration Fees and Amenities
We encourage you to register as early as possible since the number of available exhibition booths is limited. In addition, booths will be assigned on a "first-come-first-served" basis, dependent upon the date that your full payment is received.
We offer a discount on the price of your booth rental if payment is received on or prior to December 31, 2010.

Your Exhibitor Fee Includes the Following Amenities:
- One booth, sized 8 feet by 10 feet, with a table, two chairs, and wastepaper basket.
- Wireless Internet access at the booth.
- Electrical connection for the booth.
- One full conference participant registration (includes conference bag, admission to the welcome reception and banquet, coffee breaks, and sessions).
- Recognition on the conference website.
Payment by Check or Wire Transfer Only
Payment is
required within ten days of selecting booth space. Checks must be in
U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. financial institution. If you

Important Notes:
- Early registration for industrial exhibitors will close on December 31, 2010.
- Industrial exhibitor late registration will close on January 28, 2011.

How to Register
Online Booth Reservation (controlled access, contact PAC'11 Exhibits Coordinator)
General Terms
- Payment is required within ten days of online booth space reservation.
- Refund Policy: An administration fee of $250 will be withheld for any cancellation received prior to January 14, 2011. All cancellations MUST be in writing via email to: pac11@bnl.gov. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 14, 2011.
- The Conference reserves the right to approve the character of any display and to prohibit any display that, because of noise or other objectionable features, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the exhibit.
- During the hours the exhibit is open, each booth must be attended by persons technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.
- No display may be dismantled prior to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30.
- The use of dangerous material or flammable fluids is forbidden.
