Registration for regular participants and students is open at this time.
Who Should Register
All attendees, including students and invited speakers, must register for the conference and pay the appropriate registration fees. Exhibitors and additional exhibitor attendees are NOT required to separately register as participants—please see the Exhibitor Registration section for further details.

What’s Included
Full Week Participant registration fees include entrance to all programs and the exhibit hall, tickets to the welcome reception and conference banquet, conference bag and complimentary coffee breaks.
Single Day Registration includes entrance to daytime programs and the exhibit hall, and coffee breaks.
Companion registration fees include tickets to the welcome reception, Monday companion breakfast, and conference banquet.
An additional fee is required for the tour of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) on Saturday, April 2. Tour registration is limited to 200 people and includes bus transportation from the New York Marriott Marquis to BNL, lunch, and a return bus. The return buses will make stops at either LaGuardia Airport or John F. Kennedy International Airport, prior to the final stop at the New York Marriott Marquis. Hotel reservations are the responsibility of individual participants. We recommend that participants reserve hotel rooms early as part of the PAC’11 room block. Please see the Accommodations webpage for details on how to book your hotel reservation.
How to Register
We encourage all PAC’11 participants to use online registration. Please note that online registration requires payment by credit card only. In order to register online for PAC’11, please visit the

On-site registration desks will open at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, 2011.
Cancellation Policy
- All refund/cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to PAC11@bnl.gov (or via fax to the PAC’11 Conference Secretary at fax number 1-631-344-5954.)
- There will be a cancellation fee of $25 per member/non-member or $5 per student/retiree deducted from each refund.
- Requests must be received no later than February 28, 2011.
- Cancellation requests received after February 28, 2011 will not be refunded.
