Sponsorship Information                

PAC’11 offers a number of attractive sponsorship opportunities that will enhance your company's profile among the conference attendees. Sponsors will have their name and logo on the conference website, conference program and displayed prominently on signs around the conference venue.

• Student Grants (Unlimited Sponsors) — $2,500
  Contribution covers the conference registration fee, 7-night accommodation at the conference hotel, and expenses for students to attend PAC’11. Donors will be acknowledged in the conference program.
  
• Welcome Reception & Student Poster Session Refreshments— (Limit 2 Sponsors) $15,000
  This popular evening reception will be held on Sunday, March 27 and will be coupled with the Student Poster Session. The event features beer, wine, and spirits and light appetizers and is open to all conference attendees and exhibitors. Support will be acknowledged with signage at the reception and in the conference program, as well as on the conference website.
• Coffee Breaks (Limited to 10 Sponsors) — $1,500
  A coffee break is held each morning and each afternoon in the Exhibit Hall. Attendees greatly appreciate this welcome sustenance between sessions. Signage acknowledging support will be placed at each coffee station.
• Speaker Lounge Refreshments (Limited to 5 Sponsors) — $1,000
  Speakers at sessions use the Speaker Lounge to check their presentations and talk with other speakers in their sessions. Light refreshments are provided. Signage acknowledging support will be placed at the door.
  
• Pre-Printed Promotional Material for Delegate Bags — (Unlimited) $1,500
  These items are to be provided by the sponsor; we will put them in the delegate bags (approximate quantity = 1,000). Only one of each type of item will be accepted (i.e., the conference bags will not contain more than one pen and one notepad, etc.) Examples of accepted items include: Notepads, pens and/or pencils, calculators, USB flash drives, luggage tags. Other ideas are welcome!
• Wireless Internet — (5 sponsors, 1 per day) $3,000
  Wireless Internet access will be provided during PAC’11. Delegates will be able to access email conveniently and use their own laptop or PDA. Support will be acknowledged in the conference program and on signage at various locations, including the registration area.
