This electronic version of the prime contract, from contract inception (1/5/98) through the most current language modification, is provided courtesy of the Office of the Assistant Laboratory Director for Finance (ALDF), for your use in carrying out your job related responsibilities with BNL. For security purposes the following restrictions have been applied: YOU MAY NOT EDIT this file. You may however print, save, or copy any or all pages as needed. The official (legal) contract file is kept in the Office of the ALDF.

This electronic version will be updated after each language modification. A language mod is usually executed in the month following the end of a quarter. An e-mail notice will be sent when this version is updated indicating the contract articles that have been changed, deleted, or added. The language modifications are not sequential, i.e. they do not increase by "1" for each successive language mod. In between the language mods are financial mods which may occur once or twice a month.
