YOU MUST COMPLETE THESE REQUIREMENTS:

FIRST, take this in-person course:

	RADIOLOGICAL WORKER (Initial Course) (HP-RWT002)
	Go to the following link 
	http://training.bnl.gov/Schedule/calendar.htm
	Search for the "HP-RWT002" course
	Do not sign up for for the "Rad Worker - Part One" course
	Find the next date available that you can take the course
	Course is given only once per month.
	Click on the link and register for the course.
	You will receive an email from BNL Training verifying that you have registered for the course.
	The initial course is 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
	Course is required every 24 months (requalification is web-based)

THEN, complete this challenge exam:

	RADIOLOGICAL WORKER CHALLENGE EXAM (HP-RWT-150CB)

IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED RAD WORKER I IN PERSON AT LEAST ONCE AT
BROOKHAVEN NATIONAL LABORATORY, YOU MAY COMPLETE IT AGAIN
ENTIRELY IN PERSON (SEE REQUIREMENTS LISTED ABOVE) OR 
YOU MAY FOLLOW ONE OF THE OPTIONS LISTED BELOW FOR REQUALIFICATION:

OPTION 1 (This option is fully web-based):
