Dr. Rogers is a faculty member of the
Graduate Program in
the Department of Ecology & Evolution at Stony Brook University (SBU).
If you are interested in pursuing a doctoral degree with Dr. Rogers through
SBU please contact him with a detailed description of specific research
questions that interest you, your educational and research background, and
any special skills, training or experience you may have. Please visit
the SBU Ecology & Evolution homepage for details on the Department, the
Graduate Program, and instructions on the application process.
See the flyer
advertising current opportunities, application deadline January 15th.
The Department of Energy has several opportunities for internships and
fellowships. If you qualify for one of the programs listed below and
are interested in working in my laboratory please
contact me.
- The Office of Science, Graduate Fellowship Program (SCGF).
This program offers partial tuition support, an annual stipend for
living expenses, and a research allowance for full-time graduate study.
- Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internships (SULI).
This program offers a 10-16 week internship for Spring, Summer or Fall.
- Community College Institute Internships (CCI).
This program offers a 10 week summer internship.
Brookhaven National Laboratory Fellowships and Programs
- Graduate Research Internship Program (GRIP).
This program offers masters and Ph.D. students on site accommodation at
BNL to foster research relations between BNL and their home institution.
- BNL High School Research Program (HSRP).
This program offers 11th and 12th grade students aged 16 or over a 6
week summer internship.
This list contains publications that have a recognized contribution from
an intern. Where an intern is listed as a co-author
their name appears in bold.
